Rosario Resort's guest rooms are surrounded by the natural beauty of the San Juan Islands, with magnificent views of Cascade Bay on Orcas Island. 

PLEASE NOTE: There are no guest accommodations in the historic Moran Mansion. The resort is spread out over 40 acres, so if you are coming to the resort without transportation, please consider renting a car.  There is limited cell service at the resort, but every room offers complimentary WiFi and free long distance calls. Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A credit card number is required at the time of reservation. We charge your card the first night's accommodation at the time of booking as the deposit to confirm your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your stay more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable.

CHECK-IN TIME IS 4 PM. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11 AM.

PLEASE NOTE:  There are no accommodations in the historic Moran Mansion which houses our Restaurant, Lounge, Spa and Museum.

BAYSIDE ROOMS

The Bayside Rooms are a short walk from the Moran Mansion and Rosario Marina. They feature one king or two queen beds with sliding-glass doors that open onto a patio or balcony offering dramatic island views. All rooms have televisions, small refrigerator, free wireless internet, coffee makers and private bathrooms. Several rooms and suites have gas fireplaces.

BAYSIDE WATERFRONT DELUXE SUITE (ONE KING BED)
The Waterfront Deluxe Suite features large windows overlooking East Sound. Its large deck is directly over the shoreline, and features a king bed, gas fireplace, and sitting/dining area. This suite accommodates two.

BAYSIDE WATERFRONT KING ROOMS (ONE KING BED)
The Waterfront King Rooms offer dramatic views of the Sound with a deck directly over the water. This room accommodates two.

BAYSIDE KING ROOMS (ONE KING BED)
The Bayside King Rooms have partial water views and overlook the historic Moran Mansion or the Rosario Marina. This room accommodates two.

BAYSIDE QUEEN ROOMS (TWO QUEEN BEDS)
The Bayside Queen Rooms have partial water views and overlook the historic Moran Mansion or the Rosario Marina. This room accommodates up to four.

HARBORSIDE ROOMS

The Harborside Rooms are located directly on the waterfront of Rosario's Cascade Bay, offering spectacular views across the water toward the historic Moran Mansion. They are about a 15 minute walk, or two minute drive to the Moran Mansion. These rooms offer King and Queen beds. One and two bedrooms suites are available featuring a kitchenette and fireplace (presto logs supplied). 

HARBORSIDE HEARTH SUITE 
(ONE KING BED AND ONE DOUBLE-SIZED MURPHY BED)
Located in the Harborside Buildings on the Cascade Bay waterfront, this suite features a kitchenette, dining room, living room with fireplace (presto logs supplied), and double-sized Murphy bed. A separate bedroom offers one King bed. Also includes two private bathrooms and balconies. This suite accommodates up to three. *NOTE: photos show Upper Level Hearth Suite.

Located in the Harborside Buildings overlooking Cascade Bay, these rooms feature a King bed, private bathroom and a balcony with spectacular views of the water and the Moran Mansion. This room accommodates two.

HILLSIDE ROOMS

The Hillside Rooms are located high above Cascade Bay, offering spectacular views across the water toward distant islands. They are also about a 15 minute walk, or two minute drive to the Moran Mansion. These rooms offer King and Queen beds.  One bedroom suites are available featuring a kitchenette and gas fireplace. 

 

HILLSIDE TWO KING BEDROOM SUITE  (TWO KING BEDS, ONE SLEEPER SOFA)
Upper Level: Room 1504 / Lower Level: 1509
Located on the Hillside with panoramic views of Cascade Bay, these suites feature a fully equipped kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and two separate bedrooms offering king beds and private bathrooms. The suite also offers a choice of three balconies to watch the wildlife, boat and floatplane activity. Two night minimum stay required. This room accommodates up to four.   

 HILLSIDE DELUXE KING  (ONE KING BED)
Located on the Hillside with partial water and forest views, these rooms feature a king bed, gas fireplace, large bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower, and a balcony. This room accommodates two.

Our honeymoon bungalow is perched dramatically at the ocean's edge... a perfect spot to enjoy nature and your best friend! The Suite features a king bed, oversize tub with separate shower, gas fireplace and large deck directly overlooking the water. This suite accommodates two.

ROUNDHOUSE SUITE

The historic Roundhouse Suite is a unique circular bungalow that sits alone on a rocky bluff overlooking the Rosario Marina and Cascade Bay. Built in 1913 as the Moran children's playhouse, the Roundhouse Suite features a separate living room with gas fireplace, king bed, and large two-head shower. This suite accommodates two.

HARBORSIDE KING ADA ROOM (ONE KING BED)
Located in the Harborside Building on the Casade Bay waterfront, this room style is ADA accessible (wheelchair accessible doors and pathway, roll-in shower with shower bench, and grab bars and low sink in the bathroom).  This room features one king bed, private bathroom, and a balcony on the waterfront with beautiful views of Cascade Bay and the Moran Mansion.  This room accommodates two.  Book an adjoining Harborside Suite and this turns into our Harborside Cascade Suite sleeping up to seven.
